ABOUT THE CHARITY

Young Life is a non-profit outreach organization that focuses on equipping teens (ages 11-19) with life skills and giving them a vision for their lives outside of their current worldview. 

 

Young Life staff and volunteer leaders build relationships with teenagers through a variety of social interactions, formal and informal events, and group trips. Young Life leaders challenge teens to think critically about the life choices they make about personal responsibility, education, family and faith. Young Life Hollywood provides programs and mentoring for teenagers in middle school, high school and teen mother’s. 

 

Young Life Hollywood serves a teen population that is plagued by under resourced families, gang violence, high rate of teen pregnancy and poor public education. Young Life offers teens an alternative to the challenges they face everyday and a hope for their future.
