When the last Hunger Games Explorer image started to un-blur itself last Saturday, we thought the dress Effie was wearing looked an awful lot like Alexander McQueen:

Turns out our normally useless, totally random fashion knowledge is good for something! Alexander McQueen confirmed that the dress is indeed McQueen Autumn/Winter 2012. Effie Upgrade!
