Yesterday, The Capitol media was taken over by the rebellion and today Beetee Latier has successfully hacked into TheCapitol.PN to deliver this message:

Upon entering the One Panem section of TheCapitol.PN, click the diamond below "One Panem." Proceed to the section of lies and propaganda The Capitol would like you to believe are your own voices being heard. When you reach the fist, grain or shield, type the keys "OLTM" and the rebellion's message will be revealed.
