New HQ Behind-The-Scenes Effie Still in Allure Magazine

November Allure Magazine has a feature on how The Hunger Games wild hair and make-up looks are actually translating to real-life. And it just happens to include a great new behind-the-scenes pic of Elizabeth Banks getting prepped by both Linda Flowers (hair) and Ve Neill (make-up) on the Catching Fire set.
