Josh Hutcherson hosted the third annual 'Josh Hutcherson Celebrity Basketball Game' benefiting his favorite charity, Straight But Not Narrow, at Nokia Plaza Los Angeles on Friday evening.

Josh Hutcherson Celebrity Basketball Game To Kick Off Nike Basketball 3ON3 Tournament

In 2012, the first annual Josh Hutcherson Celebrity Basketball Game benefiting Straight But Not Narrow kicked off the weekend's festivities for the Nike Basketball 3ON3 Tournament. Josh Hutcherson, and his celebrity friends hit the court for a competitive and highly entertaining basketball game. All net proceeds from the game went to raise funds and increase awareness for Josh's charity, Straight But Not Narrow.

The Josh Hutcherson Celebrity Basketball Game will be back again this year, Friday, August 9th, 2013. The fun starts at 7:00pm in Nokia Plaza in Los Angeles, CA. Get tickets HERE.

We know all about Josh Hutcherson's philanthropic side, his work as a founder and advocate for Straight But Not Narrow made him the youngest-ever recipient of the Vanguard Award at last year's GLAAD Media Awards (Jennifer Lawrence will be appearing at this year's Awards on April 20th), and we just saw his beautiful photo for the NOH8 Campaign.

Way back in February we showed you a peek at Josh Hutcherson and the other founders of Straight But Not Narrow posing for the NOH8 campaign. The pictures were finally released and let's just say, no one can wear duct tape quite like Josh Hutcherson. 

Straight But Not Narrow is an ally organization that prepares and trains young adults on how to become allies of their LGBTQ peers. Josh is heavily involved with SBNN as an Advocate and was one of their first and most active supporters. 

The NOH8 Campaign is a photographic silent protest created by celebrity photographer Adam Bouska (http://www.bouska.net) and partner Jeff Parshley in direct response to the passage of Proposition 8 in California. Photos feature subjects with duct tape over their mouths, symbolizing their voices being silenced by Prop 8 and similar legislation around the world, with "NOH8" painted on one cheek in protest.
