D12 escort, Effie Trinket, is has been busy, busy, busy preparing for this year's Games. The effervescent Trinket has partnered with Capitol favorite, China Glaze, on a line of nail varnishes called Capitol Colors. Effie stars as the face of the lineup,which features 12 gorgeously subtle, socially acceptable colors, each named for a different district in Panem. The shades will sell for around $7 each, and will hit stores starting March 1st, just in time for The 74th Hunger Games.
