For Public Safety: Capitol Reinstates Nationwide Curfew
This is friendly reminder to all citizens of Panem. Graffiti is vandalism, and is considered a serious crime, punishable at minimum by public flogging and imprisonment.
Panem's vandalism laws exist to prevent the destruction of property and public spaces, and to protect against hate crimes and other dangerous and subversive behavior that may harm you and your loved ones.
For the safety of all citizens, nationwide curfew has been reinstated. No persons should be on the roads after 8:00pm except Peacekeepers, government officials, and emergency personnel. This curfew is declared under the Dark Days Prevention Act.
